I'm currently in network with Independence Blue Cross, High Mark, Cigna, Aetna, and United Healthcare.
It is recommended that you contact your insurance company to make sure the the medical nutrition therapy code (CPT) 97802 & 97803 are covered benefits.

Out- of- Network Clients
If I don't take your insurance, I'm considered an “out-of-network” provider. In this case, I will provide a form (a super bill), which can be submitted to your insurance provider for reimbursement. Insurance reimbursement is based on individual insurance plans. Please check with your insurance provider regarding its policy on reimbursement. Many insurance plans will reimburse for nutrition counseling.
